Unmatched Manufacturing From Brackets to Booms

Our fabrications cover a range of industrial applications -- from integral structural components to complex booms for cranes and massive radiators for behemoth mining trucks with payloads in the hundreds of tons. We have recently expanded our services by adding on data center structures, including racks, cabinets, cages etc., all built to your design.

Our team works with regional customers in the creation of unique parts, to fit both low and high volume applications. We also do business with some of the largest, most recognizable national companies to provide consistent, replicable quality at every phase of production, in addition to competitive pricing and on-time delivery.

We put everything we have into every part we build. A large part of our revenue comes from repeat business because customers know they can always trust us to come through.

FABRICATION

Our fabrication services include everything from bending, laser-cutting, drilling and welding to parts assembly. Each process serves a very specific, important purpose necessary to achieve an end product that is perfectly true to engineering drawings and specifications. What was once a manual process is now primarily automated and driven by very sophisticated machines with large-scale, multi-axis capabilities.

machining

When it comes to machining, exact tolerances must be met. Close isn’t good enough. Only through the use of advanced technology can such ultra-precision be accomplished. That’s why we rely on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) for machining. During this process, computers are used to direct movement and command highly calibrated operation of mills, lathes and other advanced material removal methods

MANUAL & ROBOTIC WELDING

Our certified welders are some of the best in the industry, and many have been specially trained by WEBCO to ensure our own established procedures and high-quality standards are met. We also utilize state-of-the-art robotic welding machines with advanced, multi-operational capabilities, as the situation and conditions dictate.

We employ all leading-edge welding methods – gas tungsten arc (GTAW), gas metal arc (GMAW), shielded metal arc (SMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW) with PowerWave technology, as well as beam and robotic pulse welding (GMAW-P) with the ability to weld up to six different products, simultaneously.
