Hiring Process and What to Expect:
1. Apply online for an open position that most interests you.
2. Our team of recruiters will review your resume and contact you to schedule a phone interview.
3. During the phone interview one of our recruiters will:
Dive into your story – What you’ve done, where you’ve been, and what you want to do moving forward.
Discuss the potential opportunities at WEBCO with you.
Understand your salary expectations and onsite interview availability up front.
4. The hiring team will decide and contact you to set up an onsite visit.
5. When you visit:
You will complete a short online predictive index survey for us to get to know you better.
Our hiring manager will seek to understand your purpose - are you the Victim or the Victor of your story?
We will give you a tour of our state-of-the-art welding and fabrication facility.
Certain positions may require a weld, mechanical aptitude, math, and/or another form of technical job-based testing.
6. We will make an employment offer to you if we feel you are the best fit for the position.
7. WEBCO pays for an occupational physical exam and drug test before your first day.
8. A custom 30-, 60-, and 90-day training program will be developed based on skill level to help shorten your learning curve upon starting.
