Real World Learning Intern/ Externship Summer-2023

WEBCO Manufacturing, in cooperation with the Kauffman Foundation, is excited to announce summer 2023 internship opportunities through the Real World Learning (RWL) Program. This internship will be approximately 4 weeks and is for students.

The internship will include a week in the front office, a week building a product on the shop floor, and approximately 2 weeks working in a department of interest on the shop floor. This will be a paid internship and will offer the students an opportunity to get hands on experience in a metal manufacturing environment.

FOR TEACHERS we offer externship opportunities. Externships will be approximately 2 weeks.

The externship will include a week in the front office, and a week building a product on the shop floor. Faculty members will be on 1099 for the duration of the externship.

Required Skills:

• Excellent attendance

• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines

• Steel toed boots

• Have a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn
