Quality Assurance

Quality is built into every product we produce. Our strict process procedures, aided by the support of a highly qualified and experienced inspection team, ensures that our products meet all customer requirements. Our goal is to produce quality products, the first time, on-time, every time.

CMM Inspection

Webco has one of the largest Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) in the Midwest suited for extremely reliable product verification and quality assurances.
The Wenzel LH 12.30.10 has a measuring range of 1200 mm (47.24 in.) X-axis by 3000 mm (118.11 in.) Y-axis by 1000 mm (39.37 in.) Z-axis.

CWI Analysis and Assessment

Webco CWI inspectors have all undergone an intensive program conducted by instructors who are accredited Senior Certified Weld Inspectors (SCWI). Only a few program applicants qualify for ultimate certification.

Webco CWI’s are responsible for ensuring that all weldments can pass stringent quality codes and standards.
It is the duty of the CWI to make impartial, professional judgments regarding all aspects of proper welding metallurgy.
